Services Included: Comprehensive deep cleaning of the entire unit upon checkout (including moving the bed to clean underneath, dusting behind the sofa, and cleaning the interior of the refrigerator). A second on-site visit is performed within 48 hours prior to the guest’s arrival: replacement of bedding sets with freshly disinfected linens (guests must provide their own or request a purchasing service); a second round of disinfection for the bathroom and kitchen; medical-grade sanitizing wipe-down of high-touch surfaces (door handles, remote controls, light switches, faucets); complimentary sealed packages of fresh towels and bath towels (one set per guest); and indoor air freshening via aromatic spray.
