These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by ALI HASSAN LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
- SERVICE DESCRIPTION
ALI HASSAN LLC provides professional cleaning services for residential properties, apartments, and short-term rental units. All services are performed on-site at the customer’s designated location.
- ONE-TIME SERVICE POLICY
All services provided by ALI HASSAN LLC are strictly one-time service appointments unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring service plans by default.
- NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made to ALI HASSAN LLC are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after booking
Customer dissatisfaction
Property conditions differing from expectations
Missed appointments due to customer unavailability or incorrect access information
By booking our service, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy.
- RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be denied or subject to additional fees.
Rescheduling is subject to availability. - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must ensure:
Accurate service address and access instructions
Property is accessible at the scheduled time
Basic utilities (water, electricity) are available
Safe working conditions for cleaning staff
Failure to meet these requirements may result in service being marked as completed and non-refundable.
- SERVICE LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or significantly different from booking details
Adjust pricing if actual property conditions differ significantly from initial information provided
Decline tasks outside standard cleaning scope unless pre-approved
- LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
ALI HASSAN LLC is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or wear within the property
Loss or damage of unsecured personal items
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or access issues
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking, paying for, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
