We provide professional cleaning services for residential properties, apartments, and short-term rental units. Our services include pre check-in cleaning, post check-out cleaning, deep cleaning, and general maintenance cleaning.
- Are your services one-time or recurring?
All services provided by ALI HASSAN LLC are one-time appointments only unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not offer automatic recurring plans.
- Do you offer refunds?
No. All payments are final and non-refundable once a booking is made. Please review all service details carefully before confirming your appointment.
- Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you may request rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accepted or may incur additional fees.
- What happens if I am not home during the service?
You do not need to be present during the service, but you must ensure proper access is provided (key, lockbox code, entry instructions, etc.). If our team cannot access the property, the service may be marked as completed and non-refundable.
- How long does a cleaning service take?
Service duration depends on the size and condition of the property. Most standard cleanings take between 1 to 4 hours, but larger or heavily soiled properties may take longer.
- What are your service hours?
Our standard service hours are:
Monday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Eastern Time)
- Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Our cleaning team brings standard cleaning supplies and equipment. If special materials are required, we will inform you in advance.
- What if I am not satisfied with the service?
We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. However, we do not offer refunds. Any concerns can be reported to our support team and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
