This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all services provided by ALI HASSAN LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- NO REFUND POLICY
All services provided by ALI HASSAN LLC are final sale and non-refundable.
We do not issue refunds or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Customer dissatisfaction with service results
Change of mind after booking or service completion
Incorrect expectations regarding service scope
Property conditions not matching customer assumptions
Missed appointments due to customer unavailability or incorrect access information
By booking our services, you explicitly agree that all payments are final.
- NO RETURNS POLICY
As ALI HASSAN LLC provides on-site cleaning services only, there are no physical goods or products subject to return. Therefore, returns do not apply to any services offered.
- SERVICE COMPLETION POLICY
Once the cleaning service has been performed at the scheduled location, the service is considered fully completed and accepted by the customer. Completion of service constitutes full fulfillment of the agreement.
- RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be denied or subject to additional fees.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. - SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS / ISSUES
If there are concerns regarding service quality, customers must contact us within a reasonable time after completion. While we do not offer refunds, we may review concerns on a case-by-case basis solely at our discretion.
- CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate property access and service details
Ensuring the property is accessible at the scheduled time
Ensuring safe working conditions for staff
Failure to meet these requirements does not qualify for refunds or returns.
