The landlord does not need to be present; we handle the entire closed-loop process—cleaning, taking photos, locking up, and delivering the keys. Service Includes: Following a standard full-home move-out cleaning, the service additionally covers: (in a vacant property) opening all drawers and cabinet doors for ventilation and wiping down their interiors; unplugging the refrigerator and leaving the door open to air dry; inspecting and documenting any damaged or missing items (including photographic evidence); shutting off main water and electricity valves/switches and closing all windows; delivering keys, access cards, or remote controls to a designated location (within a 5 km radius); and providing before-and-after cleaning photos along with a handover confirmation report.
