- SERVICE DELIVERY METHOD
All services provided by ALI HASSAN LLC are on-site cleaning services delivered at the customer’s specified location. We do not offer physical product shipping.
Services are performed at:
Residential homes
Apartments
Vacation rentals (Airbnb / short-term rentals)
Managed properties
- SERVICE SCHEDULING
All bookings must be scheduled in advance.
Appointments are confirmed based on availability.
Customers must provide accurate property access details (key, lockbox, entry code, or on-site access). - SERVICE HOURS
Our standard operating hours are:
Monday – Sunday:
🕘 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Eastern Time – ET)
Holiday availability may vary and is subject to special scheduling.
- ARRIVAL WINDOW
Our cleaning team may arrive within a 30–60 minute window of the scheduled appointment time.
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior job conditions.
Customers will be notified if significant delays occur. - CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
To ensure successful service delivery:
The property must be accessible at the scheduled time
Utilities (water, electricity) must be active
Basic access instructions must be provided in advance
Pets should be secured if necessary for safety
- SERVICE COMPLETION
Services are considered complete once all agreed cleaning tasks are finished on-site.
Customers may be notified via message or email upon completion if requested.
Any issues must be reported within a reasonable time after service completion. - MISSED OR UNACCESSIBLE LOCATIONS
If our team cannot access the property:
The appointment may be marked as “no-show”
A cancellation or service fee may apply
Re-scheduling will depend on availability

Severe weather or unexpected events may affect service timing. In such cases, we will reschedule or adjust appointments as necessary to ensure safety and service quality.
